Emmanuelle Sawko (Emma)
A citizen of the world, Emma grew up in the Swiss Alps and now lives in Paris, after spending several years in New York, her birth city, and Dubai, where she founded the Middle East’s very first sexy, healthy concept store and food destination: Comptoir 102. Honored with numerous prestigious international awards, it’s now on the radar of every trendsetter in search of good taste — in every sense of the word! And it was the success of this first venture that inspired Emma to embark on a new entrepreneurial adventure, this time 100% food-focused, in Paris, the city of her heart.
Wild & The Moon is the fruit of a passion for cooking and healthy eating inherited from her mother, paired with an environmental consciousness that has only deepened since the birth of her three children. As committed as she is compelling, her canteen for good food and good living aims to gently transform eating habits — to secure a better future, in every sense of the word.

Hervé Sawko
A former partner at the investment bank Rothschild, he built his expertise across France, the UK, the US, and the UAE.
A cosmopolitan career that gave him strong skills in the hospitality and restaurant industry, in particular. The Wild project won him over instantly, all the more so as he’s been passionate about sport and living food ever since he lived in New York — the temple of juice bars and raw food that feels less like a punishment and more like a reward.
Like Emma, he’s convinced that transforming society starts with transforming our own eating habits and consumption patterns. It’s the hummingbird strategy — one that’s found new life since he made his nest at Wild!
